This music has a timelessness about it that acts as a guide and support for relaxation and meditation. It was recorded in the silence of the middle of the night in the depths of the countryside with the stars shining brightly. It holds you, and takes you on a deep journey, inviting you to rest in the centre stillness of your essence, your heartfelt presence.

Touched by so much in the world my heart opens

A Prayer for This Night

deep rest into the blessing of the night 

Hold your heart precious

A prayer calling longing and knowing in the midst of so much pain in the world

When Will We See The Light Shining

In all this life as things come and go this remains 

Drop deeper even so life

Three days ago my Mother ended up in hospital, they found her heart has had some damage. 200 miles away I felt, unknowing of the situation, my heart hurting. How interconnected we are, and maybe more so to our Mothers, than to any other human being. As I rest for a moment in this, I feel this awareness and sense deepen, and layers of an unfolding falling away as I feel how deeply connected my heart is to everyone and all things.

Last night, I felt I had to stay in the studio; Explore creating discovering.  By dawn, this was one of the things I had created.  

"in the midst of .. wars .. and the   rumours of wars. .. the heart beats 

in the midst of the mechanical overlayering of life ...the heart ... beats"

The hard edge of this city, the tenderness of the heart, the shocking that, to me sounds of bombs and... the silence at the end .....

That night it had been decided to bomb.  the Americans, the British, the French.  moved by this, trying to understand the inexplicable un-understandable, this was part of my response.

When Wars remember the Heart

So touched by this love for my sister Bex.  miss her.  feel connected, deeply, still.  Her Birthday, particularly poignant this year with the full moon.
