Here is a recording made in 1996 (with some later work in 1998, gearing-up, then, to potentially take it out live) This sadly never materialized as a live set. 
These amazing songs were written by my brothers Walt Craven & Dan Quinlan.  The nature of the material / lyrics is coming from a very dark, personal place.  With textures and soundscapes finessed by us three, to this day, the record has a very 90s vibe ~ a particular complexity ~  representing one of the more dynamic eras in late 20th century popular music.  No doubt, in many ways, a precursor to shoegaze and electoacoustic sound models.  This is one that time forgot .. until now.  I really enjoy dusting off the old material, doing a gentle remaster and allowing folks to hear our work.  It is part of our history as musicians - as friends. 
Sadly, we lost Dan in 2014. 
Always missed, never forgotten; impossible to replicate .. RIP 🛤️

Featured here in duration is a live performance at the 2018 Frantasia Festival of Out Music & Arts, in Livermore Falls, Maine.  This is an improvised performance - an extended version - with an introduction / story by festival founder and curator, Fran Szostek.  This is real, in the moment activity, and it pleases me that, even I, after not listening or watching video footage for nearly 4 years, cannot tell my samples from my live playing.  How joyful.

The living room is filling with cigarette smoke spilling over from the adjacent dining room.  
The adults are all drinking - strong ones.  We are having a hayday with the Radio Shack pencil microphone.  We are fortunate that someone found and saved this 8-track cartridge. 
The adults are angry, buzzed, and hungry. 
This is the soundtrack to our lives.

Following this debauchery is a never before released recording of yours truly performing with Scott Cossu at Bates in 1996. 
Scott is playing the Khaen: 
the traditional bamboo free reed mouth organ from Laos / Northeast Thailand.
