Kahli is a DJ and digger based on the island of Sri Lanka. Known for her broad repertoire, she has developed a reputation for blending various sub genres of left field sounds between dub, breaks, techno and bass music. Spearheading her own event series Kahlaj and featuring on eclectic line ups from collectives like Secret Events and Sick Leave, she has solidified her presence in the local and regional scene. With an affinity for guiding her audiences towards deeper dance floor experiences, Kahli’s sets often mirror darker, psychedelic tones that urge listeners towards reflective moments. With an appreciation for the healing low frequencies can offer people, her blends toy with basslines to release tension and bring forth light. In this mix, Kahli dives into her techno collection to share a mix curated for a late night excursion through high bpm hypnotic soundscapes. Including elements of broken beats and breaks.
