Description: This is a Double Bass Duo Performance, with NYC Bassist's Ken Filiano and Christopher Dean Sullivan. This performance took place at The Stone in NYC.

A suite, multitracked in my home studio, March 3-6, 2023, in memory of Wayne Shorter. The opening 8 minutes is a spontaneous composition, followed by something new, "Just Maybe," and then an admixture of the two. All tracks were played on keyboards, just following my intuition. My gratitude to WS, whose model helped spur trusting in what might come and being open to surprises, even of one's own making.

Just Maybe

"The Clarion Call" is an original composition written by Christopher Dean Sullivan and placed within an odd time signature rendition of the England / Britain Folk Song "Scarborough Fair". The Arrangement and Music is composed by Bassist Christopher Dean Sullivan. Lyrics, in the Clarion Call composition, are written by Barbara Sfraga. Though it is a rough mix and loosely recorded, I'm re-recording this composition for my debut recording coming up. Any and all comments are welcomed as constructive. Thanks for listening.
