Belgian artist Mandana is a firm favourite on the circuit, from Ibiza to France, Germany to Barcelona and back to her home turf of Belguim and her beloved Amsterdam. A regular for the likes of VBX she will again be turning out for their annual throwdown at BRET and she has a keen ear for the finest grooves. Production wise she has also cut her teeth with some of the biggest labels in the business with Loco Dice and his Desolat stable as well as Archie Hamilton’s Moscow Records.

With an ear firmly on the originators but with both eyes locked on the future of house and techno Mandana. From the very first track on her mix for our InSession series it is clear that she puts in the hours digging for just the right vibe that will set her apart from her peers. Electro tinged breaks, lush deep house and punchy grooves this mix has it all. If you are at Amsterdam Dance Event or indeed anywhere that Mandana is spinning make sure you are front and centre for the duration.

Fresh from the release of his "Diaframma" EP on none other than the legendary Perlon label, we're extremely happy to have Italian-born, now Berlin-based Caruan back on our podcast series. After having had him on the Live Moments in 2019, the eclectic artist and Deset Records boss returns with an equally eclectic selection on this 1.5 hours mix, ranging from breaky electronic numbers to faster, sizzling rhythms and groovy house ballads. This mix is the 2nd part of Gaetano's set at the last Get Perlonized party which took place on the 4th of November at Hoppetosse in Berlin. As always happens, he decided to go vinyl only for this one, showcasing an excellent taste and also great mixing skills that led him to play numerous times in Venice's finest After Caposile, Dimensions Festival, Tenax, UNUM, and CDV just to name a few. MEOKO Podcast Series | Caruan

Berlin-based Christopher Ledger has been in great form over the past few years. With appearances on Dial, collaborations with Dana Ruh, a release on Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia's Amphia, Ledger's music has become a staple in the sets of artists who play deep, dubby techno all the way to Romanian minimal DJs.

We're happy to feature "Without Warning", the B2 track from his upcoming "Anticipation" EP coming out on Adam's Bite. 

Convoluted basslines, sharp high hats and airy pads intertwine throughout the track, making us sure this will be played out plenty of times by many artists in the foreseeable future. 

The seventh release on the Swiss label will come out on December 2, 2022, with a stripped version of Interchange added as a bonus to the digital version.

A child of the Grand North, Kadli grew up in the countryside of Estonia. On the road from an early age, her adventures first took her to London before seeing her moving to Australia, finally finding a more permanent base in Mallorca. Kadli’s first love affair with rock’n'roll and metal set her on a unique trajectory finding her way to electronic music, records and turntablism. From dark electro to breakbeat, dubby to hypnotic vocals, Kadli always captures her audience and takes them through textures, driving basslines and intricate rhythms. She recently played in high-profile venues like Sputniik in Paris or 17 Little Portland Street In London, as well as regular local appearances in Palma. Her contagious smile and uplifting energy contrast her blend of obscure, futuristic, funky cuts.

MEOKO Podcast Series | Kadli Laur

Born in Morocco, based in Barcelona Monile has become a bit of a fixture in her adopted scene. A regular at new high end audio club Les Enfants Brillants, she has starred alongside many of the visiting dignitaries as well as their huge NYE event. She has also turned out for Yoyaku at their huge label showcase at La Machin Du Moulin Rouge only last week.

Monile is also a community player and having also appeared on digital premiere playlists with her addition to Maai Records recent VA her mix of pitch black synth work, moody pads and percussive drums worked a treat. She also contributed to the first release from home boys chez.choc. It is however, her mixing skills that we are most interested as she makes her mix debut for our InSession series. This 75 minute ride will perfectly encapsulate the all in ethos at the heart of Monile. House, electro, techno, minimal and acid all have parts to play here.
