Take My Hand - Almost Free

All parts written and performed by Christopher Young.  Valentine's day was coming up soon when this song was written and recorded.  I had a sinus infection, but was able to screech out some vocals by the skin of my teeth.  She liked it....so she said.  Her following actions supported her liking the song as well.

Beautiful

The music should speak for itself.  At this point in my life, I feel like I understand Jagger as he sang the lyrics “...stick a knife in my heart...Suicide right on stage...Would it be enough…”  Other musicians have expressed similar meaning, such as Layne writing, “My gift of self is raped, my privacy is raked”.  I’m certainly surprised at the ease at which I freely give you my deepest thoughts, “untold” secrets, and innermost desires.  These songs contain my life…pure, unadulterated personal truth at your disposal.  My ultimate goal is genuine self-expression that I’ve never been able to fully grasp through simple conversation. May the rhythm move you.
