How Do We Work With Grief And Painful Emotions. Talk & Meditation With Chris Dorje

Chris Dorje is an Australian surfer, musician, meditation practitioner and psychotherapist who grew up on the sunburnt beaches of the Gold Coast. He traveled overseas and trained as a Buddhist monk in his 20's then returned to Australia and started teaching meditation to groups and individuals. Dorje when on to study Somatic Psychotherapy in Sydney and began to combine qi gong, meditation and psychotherapy as an integrated practice to help people to work with the many difficulties one can encounter throughout their life. He ran a private practice in Bondi, Sydney for 12 years before traveling back overseas to continue his studies with teachers in Bhutan and India. Today Chris Dorje lives on a small farm in the south of England called Church Farm; a place where people and nature can come together in harmony. He continues to work with individuals and groups around the world. Dorje's website has free music, guided qi gong videos, meditation tracks and other resources to help others on their path of self development.
