The title came about as I wanted to write a Rock track that would blow the speakers and wake everybody up then lyrically it became a kind of social commentary and a call for world leaders to make positive change meanwhile everybody is doing the very best they can in their situation and living in hope”.

We'd already begun composing and finalized production on this piece, when we drove past a sight that may trigger some; but, we feel gave us a message of the tenderness of life; and how quickly it can be gone. It perfectly suits the reason we created this song... to help those who may need a little Motivation to stop procrastinating. Some fear anything and everything; so, they continue to enroll in class after class, mentoring webinars and zooms, etc. one after another or stacking them simultaneously... not realizing... all of those are often an avoidance pattern from "taking the chance" of simply "putting ourselves 'out there'!" 

The sight we happened to drive past (trigger warning) was that of a deer that was evidently killed when a tree randomly came crashing down, in the mountainous woods along a highway, we drove along. This was very near where we ourselves had a tree that crashed onto the roadway literally four feet in front of our moving vehicle, back in 2014... that we were grateful came down exactly when it did... causing only around $8,000 worth of damage to our newly purchased vehicle, rather than killing us. People were calling us, back then, to see if we were okay and apologizing; but, we were explaining we were very BLESSED and Divinely protected (again) because a few seconds difference would have led us to have had the same fate... as this deer, who's time on earth had ended. 

Though this sight pierced our soul with such profound sadness; because of the spiritual significance of deer to our family, we knew this was a message we were to share, along with this song... Motivation. All things happen in Divine timing, for those who believe in the concept of Oneness. Not one thing or experience happens that doesn't in some way, shape, or form affect and ultimately effect another... for we are all one energy. It's up to us to BE or have the Motivation to stop BE-lieving we are "less than" or "not enough" or "ill-prepared," etc. We need to stop giving heed to the voices of those who had chosen or continue to choose to "confine their minds and their lives" to the limited 3D, archaic, patriarchal, control-mindset of the who, what, when, where, how, why, and to what extent we can, should, could, or would do things or BE... when we can see and feel the depths of how incorrect those concepts were and how detrimental they have been to our health, our families, our lives, and the lives of everything on this planet... at least they can be clearly seen and felt by those with open minds, hearts, souls, and body interconnectedness and Oneness.

After a lengthy free jam we stupidly/delightfully attempted to play through some of our old tunes - most lasted not very long before descending into " what the fuck came next"...
