We come together once again to showcase Aterral's growth over the last year with an undeniably hard-hitting compilation. Our fourth anniversary VA is special, as it brings forth some of our most recent family members and puts them aside older ones.

As part of CUATRO we bring you Black Loops with 'Balance & Harmony', an elegant blend of eclectic sounds and a jerky guitar wah. Carlo & Baloo follow with 'Best Maldito', a track bursting with an infectious rhythm. Intr0beatz’s 'Where The Party At' delves into ambient depth with rippling synths. Marina Trench delivers 'Because We', featuring a playful piano melody and upbeat energy that pushes boundaries with its lively touch.

Caleb Jackson’s 'The Partylife' fuses high energy, gospel influences, and an acidic bassline. Tatie Dee & Ams contribute 'Underwater', a futuristic, bubbly piece with progressive elements. Emanuele Barilli’s 'Midnight Forty' takes us back to the 90s with a trance-infused, breakbeat house sound that resonates with nostalgia. A high goal: Lasting equilibrium and happiness are hard to find and seem to vanish easily. Pursuing those, the German producer and DJ Chris Wayfarer has embarked on an internal and external journey.

Rooted in drum ’n‘ bass and knowing every trick of the underground culture, Chris has recently set forth to the realms of deep house, tech house and electronica. He has created his own musical language, featuring at times a floating vibe, at times a punchy and energetic expression – always honest to himself and to the world, in a natural flow and with care to detail.

Whether in the studio or at the turntables, Chris Wayfarer fuses deep house and tech house with sampling from all kinds of electronic styles, jazz, funk and classical music to grow harmonious compositions. Alternating between groovy, funky, rough, melodic, deep and driving qualities: a musical logbook inviting you to listen, to dance and to be happy.
