With a rambunctious intro featuring a disorienting ricochet of growling bass and searing FX, "Mindstate'' effortlessly morphs the tension into a deep hard groove that forms the core of the track. The infectious vibration of the sub keeps the track driving at a breakneck pace, with the insistent static of the distorted motif ceaselessly worming into your brain. This is one no dancefloor can resist.

‘Lalo EP’ marks Furniss’ debut Innerground appearance – A string of releases on the likes of labels such as RUN, Serial Killaz, Prototype along with having tracks featured on the likes of René LaVice on BBC 1 are cementing the Northampton based producer & DJ’s name in the scene.

Furniss plunges us straight in to the EP with rattling percussion and ominous high frequency chimes on ‘Can’t You See It’. Rumbling basslines undulate beneath a haunting vocal loop to kick this EP off as it means to go on.

Of course, the Chronic and V faithful will have already been introduced to many of these artists. We're talking the likes of L-Side, Alibi, BTK, Critycal Dub and more; names we all recognise from the top end of the download charts and the set lists of the biggest deejays in the business. But then there are also those making their debut for the V family. Producers like Phizical and No Scandal, who are about to find a whole new, highly appreciative, audience.

With this strength in depth available to him in the community, DJ Andy's managed to draw together 20 tracks that reflect the full range of what this music has to offer. You'll hear influences from multiple genres, you'll hear the darkness and the light, the vibrancy and the viciousness.
