Here's the second track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

"The Road" is an example of an instrumental soft-rock/pop song – which I think could serve as a background music for a commercial/light-hearted TV show.

When creating this track I pictured a car commercial. The whole family or pack of friends hits the road and they are having a great time during a trip. They have a whole day’s travel ahead of them, which takes them through both busy and serene places. The track ends as they drive towards the sunset on the empty country road.

The Road

Here's the third track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

"The Birth of a Plerion" is meant to mark a key moment in a science-fiction movie/game/TV show.

What I had on mind:

In a pivotal moment, one single human surrounded by countless stars faces a crucial decision he has to make: a decision about the fate of the entire  humankind. It starts with the preparation for a suicide mission - one final moment to think it through and say their goodbyes. Then the hero struggles but he/she keeps pushing forward - failure is not an option. At the end uncertainty arises, for the final outcome is yet unknown. Everything becomes quiet. Was this mission a succes or has humandkind ceased to exist? You decide!  

This piece might be also a nice fit for the cyberpunk genre - think Deus Ex or the upcoming Cyberpunk2077.

The Birth Of A Plerion

Here's the fourth track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

"The Passage Of Life" is an example of a rather standard atmospheric cinematic music – which I think could serve as a background song for any movie / video game with sad moments. This track may be a nice fit for the end of the movie – as the track ends and the credits roll.

What I had on mind:

There is a man who lives his little sad life peacefully. He has neither big sorrows nor big joys, but he doesn’t have passion or gust for life either. Just a plain, common and uneventfull living where every day is the same as the other. Everything is predictable. But there comes a moment when the man hits a crossroad. Is this how he wants to live for the rest of his days? What should he do with his life? As he finally realises what he wants from the future he puts all of his passion into it and finally feels fulfilled.

The Passage Of Life

Here's the fifth track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

Idea: horror/thriller movie/game background music.  

What I had on mind:

Imagine you are in an abandoned complex deep below the water surface surrouned by nothing but darkness and sounds from the ocean depths. Everything is unknown to the human senses and everything is a hidden threat. And what about the new Resident Evil game with the secret Umbrella Lab at the bottom of the ocean (wherein a virus leaked in the depths causing horrible mutations of oceanic animals)?

The Darkest Depths

Here's the sixth track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

"The Far Away Land" is an electronic orchestra track for a dark fantasy post apocalyptic movie/game

Inspirations:

A lonely hero wanders through a desolated kingdom covered in ash. His journey is full of struggles and the further he pushes on the harder it gets. Will he find the answers that he is looking for? Does his heritage await at the end of this road? As the hero realizes that what he really wants is in fact where he has started off from, he leaves the kingdom in peace.  

This might me a very nice track for some lonely journeys in a postapocalyptic world covered in radioactive dust.

The Far Away Land

Here's the seventh track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

Anabatic is a piano ambient for a movie series/game.

What I had on mind:

This is an ambient track that renders an atmosphere of mystery. A lonely man travels through the mountains as dusk is settling in. He is in search for his roots and the mountain is not always easy on him. However, he finally finds what he was looking for and the track ends peacefully.

Anabatic

Here's the eighth track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

Piano oriented track with strings for a goodbye type scenario in a movie/game.

What I had on mind:

One last chance to say goodbye to this man. One last time to part from him – this time for good and without any hope of seeing him again. It is his funeral after all. He was a great friend, an incredible  husband and father, a hero to his children. His story ends here, but he will live on forever in the hearts and minds of his family and friends. Farewell...

Here's the ninth track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

Little fusion of epic, rising music with an ambient style.

What I had on mind:

This is the story of a man looking for his purpose. He doesn’t yet know what that purpose is, but he has reached to a point in his life when he has to make a big change. He’s had enough of living with regrets. Ultimately he finds a purpose in his life and now he is ready to embrace the future. 

This track could generally fit to a scene about the metamorphosis of a hero.

An ambient song meant to be a background music in some drama movie / game.

What I had on mind:

Here they are at the shore. After all these years. Life has been hard on them and they have been at each other's throats for a long time.  They are too much alike to be able to get along. All those quarrels and bad moments. But here they are finally. Reunited. Father and son. At the safe shore...

The song should be a nice fit for movie ending.

A Safe Shore

Here's the eleventh track of "The Abandoned Path" album by Chronity. 

An ambient song with sad / despair vibe to it meant to be a background music in some movie / game.

What I had on mind:

Imagine the ruins of a city – these can be ancient ruins of a modern city after war. A man walks alone, wandering  through the ruins and dwelling on the past. He has no purpose, his whole world is gone. His memories are all he has left. But as he walks along his memory lane, a strange feeling overtakes him suddenly. He feels a glimpse of hope as the sun rises. As it always does - even after the darkest of nights. 

What do you think about this song in a scene in The Last of Us 2 – where Ellie is wandering through familiar locations and having retrospective visions?
