This one is a mellow guitar tune inspired in part by Radiohead's "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi". I really enjoyed the clean breakbeat and the layered guitar on that track, so I decided to make it my own. Solo bits are inspired by David Gilmour's work on "Shine On You Crazy Diamond," which I think is probably obvious.

Parallax, in a metaphorical sense, refers to the apparent displacement or change in an object as observed from two different points of view.  Similarly, the subjects of our memories - events, places, and people in the past - are static, but we remember them differently depending on our mood, environment, and age. 

This track is meant to evoke that feeling, of realizing the undeniable changes within yourself, and of being resigned to the inevitability of time.
