After the unreal feeling of abeyance in the heat-laden air, big drops of rain finally soak the lush greens that lie beneath. They have been thirsty for so long and now the heavens break royally. 
Under the clouds’ effusions leaves begin to dance and jump and bathe in this liquid glory.

There may be a lot to tend to, but mother nature will never forget her children. Humanity poses some great challenges but just as it has endured many of its own, the planet will endure the growing pains of this kind that keeps fighting for a place instead of healing itself and its surroundings. 

Pages are turning, future history is being written. Directions need to be rearranged. What will prevail is love and sound and unity. Duh. Merits of rave culture since its chaotic beginning. The rave evolves, but the chaos maintains. This is where Orange Drift comes into the picture.

An eager lover set out to tame the chaos. 
Or does he fuel it maybe? 
He most definitely thrives in it and that is what counts right now.

You all brought such wild, beautiful energy! To play the closing before the daytime break at Turmbühne on Saturday morning was such a bliss and all my nervosity was blown away from the excitement to play one of my fav stages at Fusion Festival. Especially after 15 years of visiting, dancing, taking days of for my ravecation, strolling around, getting lost, meeting new people, reuniting with friends from all over the world, discovering new artists I'm so honored to have finally played the mother of all stages there. Probably the best dancefloor on the planet.

This is my recording of the opening of the Sonnendeck stage on Wednesday this year at Lärz.

Wait... actually, the stage itself opened with Peter Licht's beautiful track "Sonnendeck". Of course, I thought about this as well, but only "Sonnendeck" plays "Sonnendeck" on the decks.

It was an honour to play at this amazing event, which was made possible by the hard work of many great people.

It took me a while to upload this set because my MIDI controllers had many issues while playing, and fixing some things to make it listenable took longer than expected — it took me five times to export this set because of mistakes I made and longer export times due to higher plugin settings.
I'm still not really happy because I put too much pressure on myself and encountered some MIDI controller issues, but there's always room for improvement.
