Ripple Step

Made this way back around 2008. Its recorded as a take with overdubs on a Digitech Jam-man loop pedal, drums and samples etc were running off fruityloops on a pc laptop and into the loop pedal (via a mini mixer). Was cool having to come up with random ways of making tracks before I had a computer good enough to record audio...  theres something about having limitations which forces you to get creative!

All the sounds for this track were created solely with an Arturia Microbrute analog synth. The track was sequenced and recorded in Logic, with some EQing, compression, and some basic effects like reverb and delay. All the parts were created with the Microbrute including the drums which were sampled individually and put into the ESX24 sampler in Logic.
