Sunset Lovers show is continuing to spread sunny and  Balearic vibes with an extraordinary mix from Manu Archeo - a label boss, DJ, photographer, and record collector from Florence, Italy.

Having spent five years studying the classic drums at a young age, Manu’s passion for music soon took over in the early ’90s, and with his expertise and vast musical knowledge of the Balearic scene earned top DJ slots, working as DJ at private parties, festivals and many clubs and bars of Florence and other cities in Italy (Milan, Perugia, Bologna, Rome, Palermo), Europe (London, Paris, Berlin) and worldwide (NYC, Rio). 

His label, Archeo Recordings is a re-issue record label that regenerates old, lost, obscure, and forgotten rare gems of mostly Italian music but also all over the world of the '70s, 80's, and 90's for a wider audience of collectors, DJs, and music lovers. Tony Esposito, Tullio De Piscopo, Blue Gas, Roberto De Simone, and Riccardo Giagni are just some of the mind-blowing names that the label has played host to in recent years.

All releases are licensed, hand-numbered limited edition, and the first copies are usually pressed in coloured vinyl. Audio tracks re-mastered in their original form, and sleeves re-created for today, but all based on the original images.

 Raised from the ashes of an old project, Stump Valley is a funny old place in the countryside by the  forest, where deers and boars run free in the street, that’s the place where the most of S.V. music  was made.  After years of djing and producing under different monikers, we decided to move our home studio  and the collection of vinyls to sample, to a place with no internet and no tv. We lived there for 2 years producing music, trying to make something out of time, old sounding but  modern conceived. When we decided there was enough material, we just put it online and in a  space of time we would never expect, the most of the material was subscribed to labels. In every release we use to have remixes with the alias Mtrpls, which is our urban side that takes us back in the streets where we grown up. Spinning records is our main thing, deep into the last 30  years of electronic.

Recording under different aliases, the Burrell Brothers were the backbone
of Nu Groove Records. This New York label started in 1987 and took
inspiration from Trax Records, both musically and aesthetically. This
compilation compiles the absolute best of the Burrell's output and in
doing so is giving us a valuable insight to the much overlooked roots of
New York house music.
