In his off-time Chuck continues collecting reel-to-reel sessions. This round (culminated from recordings made between 2009-13) shows a more experimental, layered, unfiltered side with Chuck opting for loose song structures, non-sequenced drum programming and heavier vocal/sample manipulation. Songs with a skin of dust and a grainy film stock feel; perfect for making any situation a tense one.

Using various recording devices, sideband/shortwave equipment and sound manipulation gadets to create patterns over beatloops; then adding voice sample textures and analog synth melodies to create his own version of "soundtrack style" or "theme" music. Even his most simple rhythms seem to pulse and rattle. With a 70's crime drama feel and an intentional fuzzy quality, the next clue could be around every corner…
