It was fun, only constraining myself from the vocals, basses, midi, and lead-bell sounds, and developing everything around it was challenging.
I wanted it to be not only an EDM remix but also to hold its ground, so I combined a few different genres and styles to make it stand out from the original.

Most of the sound design is pretty much mangled, granulized/resampled up original bass stems with a bunch of other basses I made in Phaseplant, Vital, Serum, and Harmor

The experimental sections of the track have self-recorded foley layers to give it movement over the snare, with a layer of granulized, stretched-out bass stems from the first drop

It was intense and a bit stressful to finish it up, but it was a good challenge nonetheless
