Over the years, I have been very impressed with some of the contributions to weddings I have seen from various maids of honor and best men. When Bridges and Sydney asked me to be their best man, I wanted to do something great for them. They needed two ceremonies: one for their families, and one for their friends where they could cut looser. For the Bartledoo ceremony, they wanted an auto-pilot type situation where they wouldn’t have to perform and could just enjoy the hour. Bridges thought that a custom song where the vows were already pre-recorded could be the move. So, I jumped into the studio and got to work! A few months down the road, the song was debuted at Bartledoo 4: Do Ya Doo? On House Party’s brand-new sound system. Tears of happiness were shed by many loved ones and chosen family. It was beautiful. 

Huge thanks to Frank Atrisco for helping me with the mixdown and the master. I could not have done it without this genius. If you ever need help perfecting an electronic song, this is your guy. 

I also could not have done it without Pedro Jacinto, aka Droversol, who plays the flute and the muted trumpet on the track. It was a magnificent way to bring the song to life. 

The album art is thanks to Robie Aker for his photo. He took about 10,000 photos at Bartledoo and they are all stunning. He is a very talented individual.
