When We Dip's Tales of Romance imprint is proud to present its first EP of the year, ‘Meet my Tempo' by Zoi. The outing is centred around groove and harmonic touch. Manu, Gullen and Madmotormiquel each give their take of the A-side.

Zoi, who has released with Kindisch, Traum and Dirtybird, originally hail from Pakistan and is an integral part of Toronto's scene as a programmer of club Subdivision.

The A-side, ‘Meet my Tempo' is a vibey affair marked by old-school house drums, an uplifting pad and diverse ear candies.

Inner Solstice showcases the same atmospheric feel, as the ever-evolving percussions and hats link the raw sub-bass, joyful pad and sparse lead melody.

Montréal's Manu delivers a throbbing remix which draws inspiration from his regular appearances in the city's institutions such as Stéréobar and Le Salon Daomé. The glitchy break gives a breather before leaving the colourful sub lead the ‘I just want to groove' ad-lib.

Gullen's remix of Meet my Tempo revolves around an inspiring rolling bass progression, stabs and a sharp clap. A tasteful offering from the Barcelona producer fresh off his second EP with Mobilee.

Madmotormiquel's remix rounds up the pack. Bouncy percussions, short stabs and drum rolls hit against the bassline and punchy kick.

Kindisch Welcomes Sebee and Casis with New EP “What We Waited For”.

Renowned electronic music label Kindisch, proudly announces the release of the latest EP titled “What We Waited For” by the talented South African artists Sebee and Casis. The two-track EP encapsulates the duo’s innovative soundscapes and melancholic vibes, marking another significant addition to the label’s esteemed catalog.

Sebastian de Beer, known as Sebee, hails from the City of Gold, Johannesburg. Starting with electronic music production, he ventured into piano, musical theory, classical, and emotive sounds, transforming his initial curiosity into a fervent passion. Sebee’s musical journey saw him make his mark on the South African dance scene with releases on prominent labels like Diynamic Music, Get Physical Music, and Anjunadeep. Sebee previously released his “Borders EP” on Kindisch’s sister label METAPHYSICAL in 2023 and a notable release on Kindisch in 2022.

Casis, also from Johannesburg, partners with Sebee on this EP, bringing a unique blend of musicality and innovation. Together, they create a symbiotic harmony that is both captivating and deeply moving.

The EP opens with the track “Open,” a smooth and sweet Electronica piece that features a strong Moog Bass layered with percussive bell sounds, creating a mesmerizing auditory experience. The second track, “What We Waited For,” explores a melancholic piano theme intertwined with intricate percussive sounds, delivering a profound and emotive listening experience.

Since the initiation of the Harmonic Convergence, there have been measurable increases in the energy of our planet Earth.  After resonating at a base resonant frequency of 8 Hz per second for thousands of years, during which Earth has essentially been asleep, her frequency is now rising.  She appears to be rising to a fundamental vibration of 13 cycles per second, as predicted by the Fibonacci series (mathematical proportions based on the Golden Mean, also called the harmonics of the universe).  Accompanying this energy boost is a rapid decrease in the magnetic field that surrounds the planet.  Our magnetic field has served us in the past by creating an illusion of separation and protection from energies outside ourselves.
