Offering Message by Gene English: Bring all the tithes into the storehouse. Speak the Word to receive from God. Read the "all" references in these Scriptures: Mal. 3:10; Ps. 103:1-3; Luke 10:27; Proverbs 3:4-5. Sermon by Sydney Ropp: John 14:16; 16:13-15. Decisions determine direction, and direction determines destiny. Live by being completely led by the Holy Spirit. How are we led by the Spirit? We know God's voice. When won't you hear His voice? 1) When you're not born-again; 2) When you're not following Jesus, because you have one foot in the world and one in the church; 3) When you haven't obeyed what He has already told you to do; 4)  When  you have known or unknown sin in your life, and your heart is seared and hardened; 5) When you are not submitting to Him; 6) When you're trying to hear from the wrong place (from your senses, instead of your spirit). Rom. 8:14 All those who are led by God's Spirit are sons of God. Always make sure what you think you've heard lines up with the Scriptures. God speaks to us through our spirits, not through the flesh. He speaks to us through His Word, angels, visions, dreams, other people, through His Spirit, by the inner witness- His Spirit testifying with our spirit, when you have a spirit of peace, and it seems like the right thing to do. Watch what you submit to, and make sure it's not the devil, but trust in the Lord. Be led by the Spirit of God, the umpire of peace. Pay attention to what He is leading you to do, and don't quench the Spirit.

Missionary Bob Dunfee shared his testimony about the supernatural way God worked and is working in his life in the USA and in Burkina Faso. This same supernatural love and power is in God's body, the church, all over the world. God wants us to act on what He says to us and by doing so, we glorify Him. Bob related how God raised the dead, transported him 400 miles in 0 minutes, healed blind eyes, and appeared to him. We can do nothing without Him. Texts: John 21:15-17; Philippians 1:27; 2:12, 19, 25-30; 3:17; 4:10. A pastor's role is to feed (with the Word) and protect the local church. The Lord told Apostle Dale to keep his feet in the local church and his hands in the world. Jesus had world dominion in mind. If we are after the world, we need a world structure. Apostle Dale makes a comparison of his role with that of Paul's. Paul was an apostle. He wrote his epistle to the Philippians from prison, so even though he wasn't physically with the people, he knew what was going on with them. He communicated with them. He expected their obedience to him. He determined the movement of ministries and teams. He expected their service to the apostolic ministry. He expected them to follow him. During his lack of presence, he expected them to care for one another. He expected them to take care of his needs. Apostle Dale told about the Lord's calling Pastor Sydney to come to Lancaster. In the first phase, he saw  him pastoring and covering the pulpit in his absence. In the second phase, he saw him traveling and learning with Apostle Dale, and in the third phase, he would release and send him. We are in phase one, where Pastor Sydney will be installed as the CWI pastor. Apostle Dale will step out in apostolic ministry. Under Apostle Dale will be Pastor Sydney Ropp (CWI, Lancaster), Pastor Gene English (Slavic church in D. C.) and Pastor Jay Stoltzfus in Colorado, and Pastor Demeke Getahun (Ethiopian Church). Pastor Demeke's church will be joining CWI and will take the CWI name. Artack and Anna (Slavic) will be coming to New York, Philadelphia, and Lancaster. Pastor Sydney shared how the Lord brought him and Jen to Lancaster. God's will cannot be stopped, although it can be delayed. We live in perilous times. Pray and be bold to confess your faith. We can have greater unity, because we have a common Lord. Lord, help us find our place in Your kingdom.

There are three main things Jesus did for us: 1) He wiped out our debt of sin; 2) He credited us with His righteousness; and 3) He intercedes for us. Scriptures on thankfulness: Deuteronomy 28:46, 47 (curses because you did not serve the Lord with joy and gladness of heart); Philippians 4:4-9; 1 Thessalonians 5:16; 1 Chronicles 16:34 ; Colossians 3:17; 1 Timothy 4:4; Psalm 100:4; Psalm 95:2; 1 Corinthians 15:56, 57. Rejoicing in the Lord strengthens you. Pastor Syd told of the history of the Pilgrims and how we have come to celebrate Thanksgiving Day. The Pilgrims wanted to separate from the state church, so they went to Holland, but their children were losing their English culture, so they decided to go to the new world. After much difficulty from both humans and nature, they arrived at Plymouth Rock. The ones who made the voyage signed a written agreement when they arrived. It was at Plymouth that they found houses and corn buried in sand, and since there was no one there to pay for it, they ate the corn and lived in the houses. Later they paid the Indians back. Their first completed building was a meetinghouse that was finished on December 25, 1620. It was a terrible winter, and many of the people died. In the spring Samoset, an Indian, walked in the settlement and spoke English to them, and they fed him. He came back the next day, which was a Sunday and wanted to trade with them, but they wouldn't, because it was a Sunday. Squanto came with Samoset, and they showed the settlers how to plant and harvest food. It was a great harvest in 1621, so they wanted to thank God for His blessings and for the Indians. There were thirty Pilgrims, only four white women, and ninety Indians who gathered for a three day feast. They found out that the reason there were provisions there when they landed was because the tribe of Indians who had lived there had died from an epidemic. There had been a prophecy warning that tribe. Concerning Pennsylvania, when William Penn's father died, the king could not pay back his debt to him, so he gave him the land of Penn's Woods. Penn bought it from the Indians, but because multiple tribes said they owned the land, Penn paid for it multiple times. Pastor Syd told of the many proclamations for days of thanksgiving. In 1863 President Lincoln issued a thanksgiving proclamation at a time of great division and death. It was after he saw the 60,000 dead at Gettysburg that he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Be grateful to God.

Are you passionate for our Lord? Ephesians 6:10 tells us to be strong in His might and to stand against the wiles of the devil. God’s people can be deceived as shown in many scriptures in which we are told not to be deceived. Our purpose is to understand God’s way and to not be ambushed, deluded, snared, or seduced by Satan and his plans and schemes. Deuteronomy 11:16 exhorts us to take heed to ourselves, lest our hearts be deceived, turning to serve other gods. How can we not be deceived? Look unto Jesus, and remember you have the mind of Christ.

Our bodies are a temple to house God’s Spirit in us. Since we walk by faith, it’s as if we’re with the Lord. We can walk and reap in a glorified body here, now. The Spirit and the Word agree. Bill Grein taught about the biggest block in breakthrough, a religion and a religious spirit. The religious people of His day, the Pharisees and Sadducees, could not receive from Jesus. They harassed the blind man whom Jesus healed by making mud with his spit and putting it on his eyes, because he did it on the Sabbath. Religion is trying to do it your own way. It is talking about what Jesus used to do. Religious people go to the past. They throw out any present day activity by Jesus and truth. In John 10:10 a thief is anyone Satan uses to come instead of Jesus.

Get rid of the “I don’t deserve it” mentality. Don’t look for scriptures to condemn yourself. Remember, God isn’t against you. You will fight for what belongs to you- I. E. healing. Why live in poverty when Jesus died for you? Sermon: God wants to reveal your future. What can we know about the future? 1) You win. You are blessed. You are victorious. II Cor. 2:4. 2) We are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. You are created for purpose. God has already been where you are going. II Tim. 1:9 God has called us before time began. 3) Is. 45:11 Decree where you are going. He tells us to ask Him of things to come and command Him concerning the work of His hands. The congregation made personal and family decrees and declarations, as well as Pastor Dale and Teri, Bob, and Gene. There was ministry to those who are “Jonahs”. Pastor Dale had a word for Gene Olon.

Dale Armstrong - The Next Decade: What We Can Know About the Future

Brian Rohrer shares his testimony as a pastor’s son. He tells how being hurt by church-goers and judging God by looking at people caused him to question and run from God. He saw his father going out of his comfort-zone to minister to troubled kids on drugs. Through different changes, his dad decided to have a church to reach kids like Brian, and his desires shifted to wanting to preach and sing and being excited about Jesus. Once again, something happened causing a church-split, and Brian poured his life into his work, but when his position was eliminated, he was forced to face himself. Through another process, he broke down and chose to forgive himself and others. What did he learn? Among other things: To whom much is forgiven, much is required; we are covered by the blood; we need to offer ourselves to God 100%; we have weapons of the blood of Jesus, the word of our testimony, the Word of God, and the power of prayer. In an instant God can wipe away a lifetime of sin. On the road to redemption, we find out that we are not under condemnation. Jesus does not leave people where they are. Revival is work. It is touching the father’s heart. Signs and wonders should be following us or they can become distractions. Satan wants us to keep begging for forgiveness and living in condemnation, but our fight is already won!

Offering Message: Phil. 4:19 tells us that God shall provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory. That’s a promise that you’ll always have needs. Children don’t worry about their needs if they have a father. You are your Father’s child. Pastor Dale tells of a time when he needed money to pay a hotel bill and how God provided from an unlikely source. Pastor Dale told of God relaying to him that if he wouldn’t have started this church, other ministries wouldn’t be sent out. Robert Cox shared about his recent trip to Switzerland and the walk of faith that it was for him. Sermon: In 2 Kings 2:8 Elijah took the mantle, struck the Jordan River, and it divided. Joshua had parted the Jordan before. The anointing blesses you or curses the enemy. It becomes a chain to the person who rejects the anointing. Satan hates the anointing! After the Ark of the Covenant was put in the river, and the waters parted, it became the Ark of the Testimony. Elijah deliberately used the anointing to bring about a miracle. Jesus said that He was meek and lowly of heart, but He could be bold in the Spirit, because He was going to use the anointing to bring a miracle. Kenneth Hagin deliberately put a demand on the anointing. God touched His hands and the people he ministered to received healing, because the anointing heals. In Mark 5:25 the woman touched the hem of His garment. He told her that her faith made her well. She drew the anointing out of Jesus. When the minister is moving in the anointing, believers should draw on it. While Pastor Dale was in Kiev, he ministered as a teacher . When he was staying at a pastor’s home, he had a dream about the worship leader that he and his wife were fighting about his wanting to go to America alone. Pastor Dale told him that the Lord told him in a dream that he shouldn’t go, but he went anyway. He was killed in an accident and shortly afterward his wife who did not go to America, was attacked, but God protected her. Later, in another place in Kiev, Pastor Dale was introduced as a prophet. In Matt. 10:40-42 Jesus said that whoever received Him received the Father. If you receive a prophet, you can receive a prophet’s reward. The gift that God has given you is NOT for yourself, but for other people. We’re channels of blessing. Smith Wigglesworth ministered with kidney stones while he ministered the anointing for healing to others. Don’t grieve the Spirit by not receiving the anointing. There are many anointings here that we must draw on. Say with your mouth and by your actions that you receive. John 4:6 tells of the Samaritan woman whom Jesus asked to give him water. That just did not happen in that culture. #1 She was a woman. #2 She was a Samaritan, and a Jewish male would never talk to one. Remember that in Matt. 10:42 Jesus said that whoever gives a little one a cup of water in the name of a disciple would not lose his reward. In 1 Kings 17:9 a widow woman was to sustain Elijah. Elijah asked for a little water and for a cake. Jesus and Elijah put the person in a position of receiving.
