the reason for the brainstorming series is just to document my progress with music, and see how my style changes and improves over time, but also it show cases some of my newest and best work, or what i would consider to be my best. I cant wait to look back on this years later see how much me and my music changed.

Song 1
For the first song i went with something more pluggnb style. But i tried to make it different in my own way so for the chords, i used a pad and keys and they flip flop back and forth through out the song. Then the guitars and strings really pulled it all together to give that emotion. I also tried something a little different with the drums using 1/3 hihats, different octaves, and even reverse kick lol. 
 
Song 2
For the second song i went with something more on the brighter side, also i went with two different drums patterns that switch back n forth, which gave like two different rhythms. The intro was the main part i was happy about, it kinda has some swag to it.

Song 3 
This last song was a perfect way to close it all out. This one was really inspired by rio in the first part of the beat, and i loved the way it progressed in to 2nd part which i tried to make really calm and smooth, with some interesting snares. also the little drum break every 4 bars. all in all a perfect way to close out brainstorming v2.
