Welcoming Claire Nøir as the 30th guest on the inTension Podcast!

Claire Nøir is a psychologist and hard techno DJ based in Prague. One of her greatest passions is music, surprisingly enough. Since her teenage years, she has been passionate about various styles of electronic music, including freetekno, drum and bass, deep house, peak time techno, and currently hard techno, which exceeds 150 BPM.

Claire toyed with the idea of becoming a DJ for a long time. In the summer of 2022, she began learning how to mix music and believed that her dream would come true. Exactly one year later, during the summer of 2023, she won a DJ contest and performed for the first time as a warm-up act for Swedish DJ and producer Don Woezik. Since then, she has had opportunities to play in local clubs, and in August 2023, she also performed in Ibiza.

Driven by enthusiasm, Claire and her colleague founded the project HARD RAVE in November 2023, slowly organising their own local hard techno events.

Eager to grow and realising her dream of playing around the world, Claire purchased Ableton software and is currently learning how to create her own music.

Regarding her style, Claire loves sets that are hard, fast, and full of energy, awakening many hidden desires within her. Her motto is "STAY HARD OR DIE!

As a regular attendee of Techno parties for numerous years, she ventured into her DJ aspirations just a
couple of years ago. After winning a DJ contest, she was offered a residency at Rumba & Co in Leuven,
which was a major milestone in her career and helped to boost her visibility in the Belgian techno scene.
Since then, she has played at various venues such as Decadance, Ampère, Medusa Concept etc. spreading
her passion for different genres of techno like Hard Techno, Melodic Techno and recently Hardgroove. For this podcast her intention is to flaunt her prowess through an intense hard techno set, guiding the
audience through an immersive journey accentuated by tracks with dreamy melodies, traces of trance,
and industrial echoes. Allow yourself to be swept away by the narrative she'll tell.
