Soviette is a Berlin based musical journalist, radio host and DJ with a focus on Russian/ post-soviet music. She started mixing at parties with her collective nihil. Her approach to music has changed a lot throughout the years, she likes mixing underground rave producers with mainstream pop songs, and sometimes even telling a story by combining the artists lyrics or adding new ones to tracks without.

It's not the first Vertical Spectrum's contribution on Faut Section. But it's his first solo EP, 'Była na katarchora'. 

As always, the Polish artist delivers heavy machinery and four flawlessly designed tracks. Each track is totally distinct from one another, but all of them follow a guiding line which is his personal touch.

The EP is a blend of looped, long-lasting and patterned sounds of various parts of an engine or an engine as a whole machine, perfectly oiled, working at a full capacity. Feral, wild and untamed techno at its finest.

After the very well received „Missing” EP supported by Joseph Capriati, Funk D’Void, Benjamin Damage, Stefan Weise, Temudo, Drumcomplex, Cristian Varela, Takaaki Itoh, Dj Tag and many more, Piotr Figiel enters 2022 with "White Lies" EP influenced by Detroit and minimal techno. On this 4 tracker EP you will find a little lighter side of Piotr’s music - yet still dark, groovy, heavy textured and dance floor oriented. 
The opening "White Lies" provides listeners with solid drums and groove sprinkled with house’y shuffle and surprising atmospheric breakdown. Rolling, dirty and filthy "The Message",  heavily infused with broken timbres, explores the darker and eerie side of club music. Then the "Hm Ah Argh" and it’s anagram counterpart "Hgra Ha Mh" are both deep dives into minimal techno vibe, closing the EP with simple oldschool arrangements and evolving structures. 
On the visual side, the EP is illustrated with beautiful photo taken by Polish artist Łukasz Brzeziński aka. Holzwege. 
“White Lies” will be out 4th of March 2022.

Piotr Figiel - music producer, live act performer and DJ from Krakow, Poland. Formely known for DCM and Peter Feegle projects, since 2014 Piotr performs under his own name, focusing his work mostly on techno, IDM and hardware based live acts. His music has always been an eclectic mixture of different influences, original sound design and great sound. Piotr’s work has been released on many Polish and international labels, among many dj and live act club gigs, Piotr also performed at Street Art Festival, Ars Cameralis Festival, Tauron Nowa Muzyka and was honoured to play on the legendary Instytut festival in Warsaw back in 2017. Piotr has been hosting the „Essentia Electronica” radio show at Off Radio Krakow station in 2015-2021. The show became one of the most important promotion hubs for the local electronic music scene, artists, collectives and clubs in Krakow. Apart from the solo music activity, Piotr teams up with Dominik Gawroński, creating Krakowitz - nostalgic, synthesizer-based, melodic music project. Piotr also works as a producer, mixing and mastering engineer, helping many artists to achieve the dreamed sound of their records.

I was always in contact with music in different ways, but in 2015 I took it seriously and started mixing. I created an audiovisual project that introduced the local DJs and later organized parties that were well known regionally. In 2018 I started producing. That same year I released my first EP and from there it was a journey of learning. Edit on stamps from Greece, Italy, France, the United States and some other countries. This year was important; I released a work with a new sound on Nomad Species, then I collaborated with a track on a Subsist Record compilation and that allowed me to edit at Smashead Records and then work with Diffuse Reality, where I will release the LP "Operacion Negra"

Ann LoV is a London based producer/DJ and singer. Her primary focus are poignant melodies as demonstrated in her productions and track selection.

Ann has held a monthly show 'Ann LoV presents Gems' on Saturo Sounds where she later released 'Paradox' - her first official solo release as a producer. Ann has since delved into the world of remix artistry, with Matt Ransford’s ‘Rapture’ (64k Recordings) being her latest remix project.

Continuing on with her development as an artist, Ann recently appeared as a guest DJ for Proton Radio – ‘Proton Amplified’, ARRVL Nero (Bloop London Radio) and played her first international gig at Club 9,11 in Tallinn, Estonia for the event ‘Music From Heaven’.

Ann has a strong background in vocals (soprano/5 octaves), live and recorded, she has created vocal sample packs with Lee Howe (Technique Sounds), House releases with Jake Cusack (Studio 144), EDM with K-System (Warner Chappell Music/ Sony ATV Publishing), Trance releases with Beatsole (Rolling Recordings), Emrah Barut (Synchronised Music) and many more.

Passionate about fairness for music creators, she continues to develop her knowledge in the realm of music business with a view to set up her own label, release music and perform her productions live - this is her motivation, her dream, her drive, her focus.
