@avulstet: I would have accepted this camerawork more if it did anything for the movie. They thought the camerawork automatically equaled realism by shaking the camera, which it didn't. The Bourne films used it well, except for that fight in Supremacy. Ultimatum had the best fight in that trilogy, and it was cut and edited to perfection. Paul Greengrass has had tons of experience with that camerawork. Plus, that camerawork had a better use from Spielberg in Saving Private Ryan!!

Dang!! A lot of people on the CinemaSins video for Winter Soldier said that he was being too harsh. But here, nearly everybody agrees with those people! I do, too, but I am indeed surprised!!

Tony could've been on Cap's side, but I don't see how Cap could have been on Tony's side. There's NOTHING in the Cap trilogy that paints Cap as pro government or pro regulation. He only joined the army cos he thought the war against Nazi Germany was a just one. He lied multiple times on his enlisting form, he disobeyed orders and sneaked behind enemy line to rescue Bucky and the 106th, that's just 1 movie. Every movie, Steve does something defying orders from authorities. I sometimes feel like Jeremy isn't paying attention when he watches these movies. It's Martin Freeman's character, not cap, who visited Zemo in the prison. Personally I don't mind no one died, cos anyone that's worth killing would have to be brought back.  I honestly can't understand the glowing review for Black Panther, the way his character was handled was so cheesy. He literally spelt out his own character arc to the audience in the ending. "I'm done letting vengeance consume me' -_-

I personally loved the movie. But I understand your opinion, maybe its that I'm just a comic nerd, but I don't know. while I didn't agree, I thought this was a great podcast. Keep it up 🖒

Magic legs? Are you actually upset that Rhodey gets the help available to real-life paraplegics? I know you bitch a lot about Marvel movies not having consequences, but come on, did you expect a USAF Col. to give up trying to help people because he suddenly can't walk?

Cap is telling Tony that despite the gulf between them, he's still willing to help when it comes down to it, because a united front is the only thing they have to face Thanos with.

Because Nat and Clint are only halfheartedly fighting. Did you expect everyone to be as devoted as Cap and Tony? You think there aren't people who would rather not fight?

I think he had his eye on Peter Parker for a while and has been preparing to bring him in.
