For movies that were much better the second time,  V for Vendetta is one for me because they marketed it as another matrix movie not political.  American Psycho too.  Have you guys gone the opposite way where you really liked a movie the first time then hated it later?  That happened to me with Avatar and 300 from buying into the hype.
