Limbic Atlas (by Eir Drift)

Over the past few months, I've enjoyed exploring ambient soundscapes where relaxing textures meet simple, melancholic melodies.

I'm sharing the results of these experiments through six tracks where lingering memories dissolve into dreamlike and intimate atmospheres, where nostalgia becomes comforting, otherworldly, and sometimes dark and sad.

I love pop songs when they are well put together and produced to be effective and conquer the world, and I loved remixing that masterpiece.

For this light rework, I worked from the vocal track only, I kept the tempo, reinforced the groove and added synthpop elements to create an ethereal and lighter version with weightlessness and floating sensation.
