Chris Garvey's fresh musical journey with his solo project as Circadian has seen the producer and DJ showcase his sonic versatility, ingenuity and prowess like never before. Although this new alias only launched in May 2023, Circadian has already released some of the most notable rave anthems of the last year, consistently been supported by the likes of Andy C, Sub Focus, Friction, Dimension, and Netsky, and has even soundtracked some of the planets most popular video games in Fortnite and Rocket League. 

Born in London, UK, Garvey grew up with a love for music and began DJing at the age of 16, quickly developing a passion for drum and bass music before starting to produce his own tracks. After eventually teaming up with Nick White to form The Prototypes in 2010, the groundbreaking duo became synonymous with writing stadium-shattering anthems such as "Pale Blue Dot," "Electric," "Kill The Silence," and “Reason feat Lowes”, enjoying great success in the drum and bass scene. The duo released two studio albums and toured extensively worldwide, performing at major festivals like Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and EDC Las Vegas.

Now fully focused on his new Circadian project, Garvey says the alias represents "The Ying Yang of Rave Culture". With collaborations with Koven, Dirtyphonics, and Sota, remixes for the legendary Basement Jaxx and Friction, and releases on Monstercat, Elevate Records, and Sleepless Music all under the belt within twelve months of the Circadian project, the seismic nature of this launch pays testament to Garvey's versatility as a producer and his ability to write D&B weapons that resonate with the scene's current and ever-popular sound. 

Delving into previously unexplored territories whilst staying true to the sound and culture that has enamoured him for decades, Circadian continues to highlight exactly why he's become one of the most in-demand names in drum and bass music. With his biggest bookings and releases yet lined up across the remainder of 2024, the sky truly is the limit for Circadian...
