Being forced into a two year hiatus due to a worldwide pandemic, Atlanta-based duo The APX has taken the term “in the house” quite literally. Following up their 2022 summer release “Greatest Love of All” The APX is back with yet another offering to the culture and sound of House music. Joining forces with ‘Jersey Club Queen’ UNIIQU3, together they’ve come to deliver a message of self-empowerment with their new single “Ima Be That”.

The A.P.X., which stands for “Amplified Experiment” is a billboard charting nostalgic electro funk, soul, boogie & house music duo consisting of Detroit raised singer/songwriter Erika Dawn Rhodes and her husband Atlanta raised musician and producer Dee Rhodes. They have released two full albums including their recent iTunes top 100 charting “Amplified Experiment” which was considered for a Grammy in 2019.

No Different’s music could be somewhere in the space between house, old school breaks and lo-fi aesthetics. Always trying to create a sound that is as much about emotion and exploration as it is about embracing the dance floor. His production combine industrial sounds with delicate sounds that aim to return to the roots of house music with elegant lo-fi.  ‘I Know You Don't’ is the first EP released in Australia by Adelaide-based producer Julian Giraldo, who is assembling a back catalogue of understated, hypnotic tracks that are subtly colourful in their production. The music on "I Know You Don't" illustrates a rising energy born from the confines of nostalgia, reflecting our patient return to clubbing and nightlife around the world, further showing that Adelaide is fertile ground for the LoFi house scene. No Different’s sounds are both industrial and delicate, aiming to return to the roots of house music in tasteful lo-fi and punchy bass melodies.
