The next song in the line up is my Iteration to the song called Swimming Pools (Drank) originally done by Kendrick Lamar. This song is mostly about my life troubles and how the world usually responds to my troubles. Just because I live in a poor and dangerous neighborhood people may help us or over look at the fact that not just me but anyone else that lives in the same neighborhood as me needs help. The way I go about escaping this pain and these feels is by drinking although it may not help my state of mind it can make me forget any pain that I have felt in the past or present.

Successor is an album in which I decided to do something way different from what I did in my previous album Resurrection. I decided to go for a more hip-hop approach, this album concept was thought of immediately after Resurrection released. Successor is my longest project that I worked on so far, it started development in March and was finished in September. Successor is the second album of mine to be written,recorded and planned out by me and other acquaintances. The story behind Successor is that the artists you hear on the tracks have made it in the rap game and decided to talk and poke fun on how hip-hop is today by acting the way rappers of today act. With the last two albums I dropped, I inadvertently created two alter egos within the Cirilo The Rapper character. One of them is humble and is down to earth, while the other is more urban and hood. But with this third album “Take 2”, both versions of the character will play major roles for the first time ever. This is my biggest album yet, with a new batch of songs to bump to and a new story to unfold. Credit goes to Ty Milano, IceyWavy, La Rosa Luna, and Tasadie for their participation in this album.
