The dust is just settling from the people walking in, the crowd has now reminisced the memories of long lost, dark after parties spent in different corners of this techno temple of our capital we are granted to destroy! 

@cirkle-1 has prepared a special journey for our beloved friends in the crowd, it’s the third set of our first collective Snooze and in retrospect, we couldn’t have been luckier to have this incredible artist to clearly define what our musical expectations are, and what we want to offer to our crowd.

SNOOZE #1 - Cirkle

Cirkle is the 197th guest of our podcast series. The Greek DJ and producer has been active first as a DJ and then also as a producer for the better of two decades. Since, he has had numerous releases on labels such as SK_Eleven, Float Records, Deep Sea mining syndicate, Voltage and Dyad.

As these labels might suggest, his sound is often characterized by Deep thumping kick and base rythms, off-kilter stabs and synths and industrial feeling soundscapes.

While DJing, he blends deeper tracks with higher intensity cuts, creating a seamless energy flow. This podcast clearly reflects his mixing style, taking you on a journey with an abstract opening, a deeper middle section and a bittersweet ending.

Cirkle returns to Sublunar, Sciahri’s label, following the success of "Sonic Surge," with a new EP that showcases both refinement and immense talent. This release encapsulates Cirkle's distinct sound and artistic evolution, offering a rich and immersive sonic journey.

The EP opens with "Shadows of the Past," a track driven by a pulsating, groovy synth line and dynamic drum patterns that propel the rhythm forward. It seamlessly transitions into "Beaten," a dark, hypnotic piece that envelops the listener in a shadowy atmosphere.

The B-side begins with "Shamanic," a track that pays homage to a more classic techno sound while maintaining an irresistible, steady groove. Following this, "Tears of Light," an epic and transcendental piece that takes the listener to another dimension. The journey concludes with "The Wall That We Build" offers a more delicate and minimalistic approach, balancing precision and subtlety.

For the digital-only version, "Unstoppable Moves" is an additional gem, a loop-driven, repetitive masterpiece that never loses its captivating momentum.
