My first reason of realizing a remix most of the time is when the original track is too soft to be played in a club. Specially when i'm convinced that people will be surprised to hear that track on the dance floor and will enjoy to dance on it . Here's another soul diamond, the one and only AL GREEN with the huge classic covered also by Mrs Tina Turner : "LET'S STAY TOGETHER!" ENJOY & SHARE!

When Defected Records first released one of Roland Clark’s biggest tracks to date, Resist, way back in 2004 on their infamous Fluential label, it became an instant favourite with many of the worlds biggest DJs.
Fast forward to 2014, Luxembourg’s very own Sam Skilz, a takes on the classic accapella, blowing new life into it with his funky re-interpretation for todays floors. Out a while ago on promo, we now have included his Original Mix into a slammin’ remix package that includes 2 HUGE remixes by Electric Youth and Gardy & Jay C. The Electronic Youth Remix already causing a massive stir for a while now! A simple, but very effective beat forms the structure for some cool groovy synths and a huge oldskool bassline, with Roland’s distinctive speech the icing on the cake. Then, for the first time, Paul Gardner, one of Conkrete Digital’s two label heads, the label behind this release, has teamed up with Jay C under his currently high flying “Gardy” alias, and him and Jay have come up with a thumping oldskool sounding remix, that is the perfect counterpart to the Electronic Youth remix, completing a very strong package, that is set to explode on a dancefloor near you soon! Out on Conkrete Digital October 3 as a Traxsource Exclusive, and October 17 at all other stores including Beatport, iTunes, etc.
