Cirqular @ The Black Box Denver Jul 2021

Mexico's Cirqular (Demian Lara) is no stranger to Merkaba Music, but this time, he joins forces with a resident of Colorado, SHEYTA (Jackson Looman). They met in Denver and decided that the mysteries of existence in their eyes, needed to be reflected through notes and frequencies and this how it got manifested, not only with sound but philosophical concepts behind the names of each song are being studied by both pulling them out as bass music around 80 BPM as deep and loud as possible.

Ecstatic to reveal the 19th release from TDP, 'Renegade Sailor'. A bountiful selection of Beatroots remixes from the four core providers for the auditory vessel of Triple Drop: Expedizion, Bloop, Archa & Circular.

The four reworks of the two tracks, Renegade & Sailor are rich and full of character. Diversified with alternative pathways in comparison to the original source production. Even though one can quite plainly recognize that the similarities to the original are present. Each artist has demonstrated a unique stamp in their remix. Pioneering their own creative disciplines to astound us with an ingenious range of style, emotion, rhythm and groove.

The Triple Drop Productions evolutionary breakdown of genre development continues. Dub Warriors Vol 3 takes dub and dub-inspired styles on another epic quest through time, reminding us of where the dance floor/hall movement began . . . Jamaica in the 1950s? Yes, to some extent that is where bass and sub first took flight to vibrate our chests, move our feet and rattle our nostrils. And it has been doing so ever since . . . But people have been dancing to the resonance of a drum since long before records existed. And our explorations in electronic music today are our 'versions' of the ancestors' creations and ceremonial celebrations. This recognition can be deeply humbling. And for me personally, knowing and acknowledging the process that has taken place has made me truly grateful for the mind boggling access to further exploration through sonic space that software developers and engineers have granted to our finger tips. . . Big ups to the coders and mathematical geniuses that make this gift ever more apparent with every pass of the moon and sun! 

Welcoming new and old listeners of the Dub Warriors series. It gives me great pleasure to finally send this third edition out on its course. Packed with various talents hailing from far and wide. Since 1999, he has been producing music non stop falling under a variety of genres. In 2015, Demian found his niche in the world of bass music with melodic elements and has been producing under the alias Cirqular ever since. Combining his production with world class turntable skills, Cirqular has been a name that many have been looking forward to putting on their lineups. 
	In 2017, Cirqular played for first time in the USA at Oakland’s legendary Wormhole Wednesday’s, as a part of Street Ritual’s takeover. In 2018, he headlined the Astral Lights Festival runned by the Tipper and Friend’s Team in St Louis, Missouri. In 2019, Cirqular played at Gasa Gasa in New Orleans and for first time at Cosmic Convergence Festival in Guatemala. Since 2020, he has worked with Denver’s Restore Love crew, headlining two mini festivals and finally getting his foot in the door at the world renowned venue, The Black Box. 

	Cirqular´s name has been slowly and carefully developed, releasing music under Australia’s Merkaba Music, amongst various other labels and he has also done remixes for  top artists like Kaya Project, Globular and Mystic Grizzly.

Desde 1999, Demian Lara ha estado produciendo música perteneciente a una variedad de géneros. En 2015, Demian encontró su nicho en el mundo del Bass Music y desde entonces produce bajo el nombre de Cirqular. Combinando su producción con habilidades en el tornamesismo de clase mundial, Cirqular ha sido un nombre que muchos han estado esperando poner en sus line ups como festival Ometeotl y The Promissed Land pero sobretodo en Estados Unidos.
En 2017, Cirqular tocó por primera vez en Estados Unidos  en el los legendarios miércoles de Wormhole en Oakland, como parte de una noche  del sello Street Ritual. En 2018, increíblemente fue headliner en el Astral Lights Festival dirigido por Tipper and Friend’s Team en St Louis, Missouri. En 2019, Cirqular tocó en Gasa Gasa en Nueva Orleans y por primera vez en Cosmic Convergence Festival en Guatemala. Desde 2020, ha trabajado con el equipo Restore Love de Denver, encabezando dos mini festivales y finalmente poniendo un pie en la puerta del club de renombre mundial, The Black Box. Su última parada en los Estados Unidos fue en Wichita con Tribal Roots Crew.
