Cycling and martial arts may seem like two completely different sports, but they share a lot. Both require intense focus, concentration, split-second timing, and precision. Many cyclists practice martial arts to enhance their cycling performance, including me, who has been a Black Belt in mixed martial arts since 1993. Since I have first-hand experience with this training concept, I can testify to its effectiveness.
