Sagia brings you the incredible Destinations EP, released on Natura Viva, 9th May, the London based producer and DJ back once again with her trademark style of spacious, energetic soundscapes, solid basslines and warm, rich vibes.

This EP is inspired by her travels. Sagia tells more: “Destinations’ came from being on the road so much these last few years. I’ve a weak spot for the nomadic feel of a US road trip. I’m really fascinated by the beauty of the Pacific Coast Highway.”

Down Highway 1, Sagia takes us to the famous Sunken City, south of LA, in Coastal San Pedro. A steady 4/4 is joined by a dreamy, nocturnal hi-synthline. Sagia brings it with a beautiful delay piano line with a stripped back bassline for company. “I was very inspired with life on the road and all that comes with it. ‘Sunken City is a magical spot at the southern coast of L.A. (also featured in ‘The Big Lebowski’)”

Dreaming up mystic and chic dancefloor vibes via the pulsing electronica he and his label have been firing out over the last few years, the Tel-Aviv DJ-producer has played a major role in bringing international attention to his home city's once overlooked nightlife scene. Now firmly rooted in Berlin, the next duo to join the Disco Halal family are the immensely promising and fresh Russian duo, Goom Gum. Bringing about the first single on Disco Halal's new Singles Club series, their contribution 'Ananda' is a festive and spiritual synth-wave triumph that is pulsating with auras of joy.

'Moscoman’s Disco Halal imprint has announced the launch of the Disco Halal Singles Club, a digital service that will focus on helping propel the careers of exciting, new artists and producers. Updated monthly, the Disco Halal Singles Club will showcase unique sounds from around the world.
 
Talking about the new venture, Moscoman says, "I wanted Disco Halal to have an outlet like this, a great opportunity for us to promote and shine a light on amazing new music from young unknown artists. The Disco Halal Singles Club gives us exactly that. We hope you enjoy it.”
 
The first selection of releases includes high-octane synth wave melody ‘Ananda’ from Goom Gum and a trance-inspired cut ‘Jado’ from 8Kays & Postig which demonstrates the depth and far-reaching soundscapes of the label.
 
Based in Berlin, but firmly rooted in the diverse and forward-facing musical scene of Tel Aviv, Disco Halal label hails from beneath the minarets of the Holy Land. The imprint exists to present a tightly-knit and growing community of musicians and producers, each transmitting their unique musical identity, yet each united by a unique sensibility, as well as a harmonious balance of rhythm and experimentation.
 
Encompassing elements of downtempo, new-wave and alternative pop, stitched together with a leftfield dancefloor throb, Disco Halal’s back-catalogue, filled with efforts from the likes of Simple Symmetry, The Organism and Moscoman himself, has seen the imprint rapidly emerging from the once-overlooked nightlife and club scene of Tel Aviv into the worldwide spectrum.
