One half of Play School, co-founder of Arroz Estúdios, Garden Collective parent, ESR compatriot, and all-round knob twister - Senhor Santos does it all. Starting out in Cork, Ireland nearly a decade ago, he’s since played across Portugal and Ireland, mixing cuts from the forgotten corners of record shops to more well known tracks along the way. 

Often bubbly, sometimes dark, inevitably funky, occasionally obscure, periodically catchy - but always danceable. That’s the Senhor Santos way.

So happy to present my new FULL HOUSE DJ-SET, which I played with Aunties Go Wild in Berlin!

This set is the most personal and intimate DJ-set I’ve ever uploaded. It carries my own voice, energetically woven into the music.

I had so many visions while playing it : a club filled with pure garage sounds and wild dancing, a beach at sunset, a Charleston dance from the 1920s–30s.

I cried at minute 43:12. Was it my soul speaking? Was it a catharsis of everything I’ve experienced this year?

David Hasert - Holy Drums

Born in Madeira, PT and now based in Berlin,   citizen none   is the musical project of Miguel da Silva, a lifelong music enthusiast with a deep passion for sound. At just 14, he began experimenting with stereo systems, which led him to hobby DJing using two stereos and a DIY mixer-a passion that has remained unwavering ever since.

During the pandemic lockdowns, Miguel expanded his creative horizons by diving into music production. His eclectic taste spans genres from classical to electronic, drawing inspiration from artists like Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Deep Dish, Fatboy Slim, and Portuguese DJ Vibe (@dj-vibe-official), who inspired his journey into DJing.

'citizen none' focuses primarily on Organic House, Afro House, and Downtempo. These sessions are curated to tell stories or convey emotions through carefully selected tracks that resonate with the soul. He also explores other electronic territories such as tech-house, breaks, and techno.
