CITOPIR is a fruit of two seeds, Manmeet (India) and Flavien (France), respectfully known in the past as MC Kaur and Mister Colfer.
As a hopeful duo, we compose lyrics, music and visuals beyond cultural appropriation and aspire universal humanity which includes finding our right places in the ecosystem. 
As adaptive learners out of ambient chaos, we let inclusive art practices become medium of healing self and others, through workshops, field recordings, socially relevant paintings and live performances.
