Citoyens is an Electro artist from New Orleans, Louisiana, US. His musical style is characterized by heavily compressed drums, glitchy buzzsaw bass riffs, often which are juxtaposed with complex melodies which develop throughout the course of the song.

His influences include Daft Punk, Justice, Boys Noize, MSTRKRFT, Huoratron, and Les Petits Pilous, yet in his musical style he pays homage to the Industrial movement of the 70's and 80's and its iconic figures (Suicide, Cabaret Voltaire, and others).

Citoyens currently is working on an EP, which will be released this November.
