Argentinian DJ and producer duo PAAX return with the highly anticipated Zambane EP, a two-track release that celebrates the beauty of mentorship, collaboration, and cultural fusion. Released through BFM Records, the label arm of the nonprofit Bridges For Music, this EP is a heartfelt exploration of Afro-Latin rhythms and South African artistry, offering a unique blend of warmth, energy, and innovation.

The title track, Zambane, features the soulful vocals of South African artist Vukile, delivering a heartfelt ode to mentorship and artistic growth. Vukile’s emotive performance perfectly complements PAAX’s signature Afro-Latin grooves, creating a track that radiates introspection, gratitude, and shared wisdom. Inspired by the African games of Vukile’s childhood, the song’s hook reflects a deep trust in his God-given gift of music and the guiding presence of his ancestors.

On the second track, OoNomayeye, PAAX teams up with Zimsto eRoofini, a genre-defying South African artist known for her “Kasi Classy” style. This electrifying collaboration merges Kwaito, Soul, Jazz, and modern electronic elements into a vibrant celebration of cultural exchange. Dedicated to the Xhosa clan name “Nomayeye,” the track is an homage to heritage, gratitude, and blessings, making it both a musical and cultural statement.

With its powerful storytelling, genre-blending soundscapes, and celebration of mentorship, Zambane EP is a testament to the transformative potential of cross-cultural collaboration.

About the EP :
It was very important for us to go more in depth, to put our pop background to the side whilst keeping our signature sound. That was maybe the biggest challenge whilst producing “Musik 3”. We are very happy with the result” – Super Flu

Hailing from Halle/Saale Germany, Felix Thielemann and Mathias Schwarz have created unquestionably one of dance music’s most unique acts. Fusing together a spectrum of influences which covers everything from classic house to orchestral melodies, the duo continuously push and pull the boundaries that stand before them to suit their artistic vision. With 2017 fully in their crosshairs, Super Flu proudly announce their forthcoming album titled ‘Musik 3’. An exquisite listening experience like no other. 

With the remixes of „Musik 3“ they yet again demonstrate how beautiful the melting of different genres and characteristics can unfold, and their selection of artists is as varied as it is on point. Having revelled in the glory of its original and then marvelled at Solomun’s summer smash remix of ‚mygut‘, which also features here; it’s time for Super Flu to unveil ‚Musik 3+‘

On the quest for re-invention they invited artists and friends working in all sound spectres, ranging from artists that inspire them such as Suara’s label boss Coyu, head of Stil For Talent, Oliver Koletzki, Deetron and Mathias Kaden to their Monaberry family members Viktor Talking Machine, Cioz, Ole Biege and Tim Engelhardt.

Also you find magnificent and characteristic tracks from Sobek, Roy Rosenfeld and Guy Mantzur, Ninetoes and Daniel Stefanik, soundtracking new musical adventures.

First ideated in 2012, Delysid is a new record label born out of the vision of David Khanjian, better known to the musical world as DAVI. 
DAVI has established himself as one of the top producers in todays generations with well acclaimed releases on labels such as Rebellion, Kindisch and Sol Selectas. 
Hailed as one of 'LA's Best Kept Secrets', DAVI translates his childhood passion for music by partnering with Definition to launch their new label which will be more focused on tracks that have a story and that have a specific mood that's not happy or melancholic. Through Delysid, the duo aim to provide platform for fellow artists, friends to showcase similar work and also discover new talent to grow as a family.

We at Getting Deeper know and understand the DIY spirit all to well, and so we wish the team the very best on this new journey!

Budakids’ ‘Walkman’ single gets the remix treatment.
Dutch duo Tunnelvisions strip things back with monotone bass allowing the glorious synth elements to take centre stage. A more direct approach ensures that the energy never slips, aside from a deep, almost hypnotic bassline. 
Bufi lays on shaking tambourines, massive swathes of reverb and looping synth elements to increase the tension and drama at first. Then comes a warped, buzzing, electro-style riff, which trades places with a sorrowful, low-key arpeggio. Darker than the original, it provides a stark contrast to its optimistic sound and is made for more intense moments.
