This was far outside my comfort zone for music making, yet took a ton of inspiration from many different tracks in my aptly described "kinda creepy" music library.

Looking Up

So, for a weekly challenge that I enter last minute always, I had reason to make a jazz track. This was probably started around 6pm and posted to the challenge server about 1am, with plenty of long breaks of distraction.

I was inspired by watching Spider-Man: Far from Home for the first time...and it doesn't really show, beyond the title. But this track may be mixed in with samples from some of the movie scenes if I want to try my hand at working with samples in Audacity beyond sound design.

Mostly, no complaints about the results I got from MuseScore and a quick balance and reverb from Audacity--but man that guitar sounds funky and not in a good way. May need to find a better sound font if that's a thing I can do.

So yeah. Looks like I might use this account more than just for the one Songtember. Until I reach the end of the upload limit, at least.
