The latest release on Madloch's Sound Avenue finds the label showcasing the third remix edition for about:river's ‘24 Years Apart' album. First up is Hobin Rude who continues to impress with releases via Juicebox Music, Mango Alley and The Soundgarden. With great success, the Serbian artist takes ‘Seven Cats' into his elusive world of deep beats, emotive melodies and thought provoking atmospheres. Moving forward, Hot Tuneik returns to the label following a series of releases for his Guateque Music imprint. The Mexican artist adds his magical production touch to ‘Disappeared', resulting in a peak time interpretation that finds a cohesive balance between progressive house and melodic techno. Making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘Keep Awake' is Mattim. Beloved for his releases via Juicebox Music and Mango Alley, the Argentine adds a dark production touch to the track, complete with menacing synth mutations and a charged groove for those darker dancefloor moments. Rounding out the release is Noble Spirits who make their label debut on the strength of releases for Kiksuya, Nordic Voyage and their own Dialtone Records imprint. The Mexican duo brings a deep, organic sensibility to ‘Frozen', not only adding further depth to the project, but capping the release off on a subtle yet heartfelt note.

Following the hugely successful release of their 'Symbiosis' debut album, on which Dutch duo Callecat took us on a blissed-out journey, collaborating with some of the best producers in progressive house music, it's now time for the remixes.

Another edition of the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is around the corner. And just like last year Chrom is more than ready for it with our annual ADE Sampler ànd a 2-days label showcase on Friday & Saturday! On our ADE Chrom Sampler 2024 we present 10 brand-new exclusive tracks, covering the full spectrum from Progressive House and Indie Dance to Melodic House & Techno. Of course we have many familiar Chrom faces on board for this important release: our own label manager Pedro Mercado teaming up with Shemsu, Fernando Lagreca, DJ Andy De Gage, Paul Sawyer, Messier, and Yves Eaux teaming up with Glorionix. But we also take the opportunity to welcome some new faces to our label: ANDREW BLCK from Moldova, Diego Costa aka DNCS from Uruguay and Ale F & Kari Bazzo from Brazil. We hope you enjoy our selection, ànd if you are in Amsterdam for ADE we hope to see you at our own Label Showcase on Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th. Madloch's Sound Avenue welcomes Secretly Famous back to the label for their third artist EP. Hailing from Australia, the Secretly Famous production duo first emerged in 2021 on the strength of early offerings such as 'Chimera' and 'On Fire'. Noted for their ability to marry traditional and contemporary progressive sounds, the Secretly Famous duo was quickly tipped as a production team to watch going forward. The next three calendar years would see the Aussie duo continue to refine their sound, resulting in an aesthetic that was both groovy and melodic. Secretly Famous would begin their creative partnership with Sound Avenue in 2022, in the form of a well-received debut via label affiliate Future Avenue, a two-track EP which would go on to yield twenty-five additional appearances across the Belgian label collective. Perhaps none more impactful was the duo's Sound Avenue debut, a progressive take on 'One Word' by Estonian duo about : river, a project which landed with a resounding thump just over a year ago. The first part of 2024 was highlighted by two EP's 'Yeon' and 'Outlive', which was a five-track showcase which takes a deeper look into the duo's far-reaching repertoire. Now they're back with the second sampler for their upcoming album which is set for release early next year. The duo presents the next 3 tracks of that album "Sashweeder", "Am I Dreaming" and "Famously Secret".

As a DJ for well over two decades, Argentina born, Netherlands based artist Luke Santos has delighted crowds across the world with his far-reaching sound. Long-standing events such as ADE, WMC, The Love Parade and more have been recurring locations for Luke's exquisite taste and impeccable programming skills; while GU Music, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden have been global music brands to request his talents. 'Echosphere' is the new three-original-track EP by the artist David Hammond known by his stage name SOLIS [US] @solis , in his first release on Univack. Besides, the EP is completed with a remix by the great artists HERNAN CATTANEO @hernancattaneo & SIMPLY CITY @simply_city_music

David Hammond, known by his stage name Solis [US], is a Madison, Wisconsin-based DJ & producer specializing in Deep Progressive House. His sound often carries an uplifting melodic quality, shaped by his early musical journey as a bassist at age 15, later transitioning into jazz and lead guitar. However, David eventually discovered his true passion in electronic music.

Solis [US] aims to offer listeners a more sophisticated and emotionally nuanced experience, moving beyond the typical hands-in-the-air anthems or dark, minor-key moods common in dance music. He strives for a slightly melancholic yet thoughtful vibe that ultimately leaves listeners feeling uplifted. His goal is to create tracks that are just as enjoyable in personal moments—whether driving or socializing—as they are on the dancefloor.

Tracks like “Echosphere” and “Electricolor” were inspired by his reflective sunset walks along Madison’s Lakeshore Path, while “Asiya” was crafted specifically with the dancefloor in mind, bringing a fun yet musically distinct energy.

The EP is completed by the awesome remix from the most representative DJ in the worldwide Progressive House scene for the last two decades, el maestro Hernan Cattaneo, in collaboration with the also experienced DJ & producer Simply City. This remix is the third release of both artists on Univack, and another evidence of their perfect symbiosis when they make music together.
