CJ Tha Architect a passionate artist and producer, was born in the South Bronx where love and hip hop intertwined for him at the young age of ten. This kid would immerse into the rap world by recording Hot 97’s top eight at eight by Funkmaster Flex onto his tape-deck. Spending hours making mixtapes and writing lyrics to his favorite songs, to see how it all comes together. A Dedicated student to the game who was addicted day one.

Later in his life he focused heavily on cooking up beats and producing. One of his bigest influences in his life is his Uncle who had access to studio equipment, which allowed him to sharpen his skills to refine his craft. As the years passed and hip-hop began to shift down south, he moved to Florida and was intrigued by a newer subgenre called Trap music. CJ Tha Architect considers his music to be both a blend of Hip-hop and Trap music merged with uptempo beats, and artistry ingredients that creates his lyrics.

CJ Tha Architect's care free spirit enjoys making music as he considers it to be his medicine and personal life journal. Throughout the years, his family, friends, and peers would encourage him constantly to put his art out there but he was always reluctant. Although he was adamant about perfecting his sound, he eventually realized there is no perfect art. That's the true beauty of it all, that perfection lies in imperfection.
