This album was composed by 3.11 for the 2021 edition of Strøm festival in Copenhagen, Denmark. The music was played live at four separate unique locations during the festival and was a part of a meditation/yoga series carried out by local resident, Palma.

You know what time it is! 

Been looking forward to sharing the second episode of Safe Radio in 2021. It consists of music that I've been playing and listening to over the past few months. Four hours, seven minutes and twenty eight seconds. 53 tracks in total - old, new and forthcoming. You might even find a classic or two in there as well ::) Classics that a lot of people know and in-my-bag-classics that I have played a lot over the years due to the fact that its simply just god damn good music!!

I'm still super fortunate and grateful to have very talented friends around me that make fantastic music. So thank you for being you. You all know who you are ::)

I made this mix for Cape Town based https://soundcloud.com/hamshackradio. The mix was aired on the 17th of November and is now online for yours truly.

2 hours of music exclusively from the Nordic countries - Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland. You'll find some more unknown stuff in this mix but also things that I guess are considered classics here. You'll also not miss out on some tracks that are yet to be released ;-) Chillout/intelligent stuff to more clubby oriented shit. 

I could've kept on for so much longer, but had to keep the 2 hour time limit. I know some skip the first hour or so, but this region has amazing non-club music. So yeah.. Shout out to the ones sitting the two hours through. 

HUGE thanks goes out to all the artists who have made all this fantastic music over the years. It is truly inspiring!

C.K x Hamshack Radio

Hailing from Aarhus, Denmark, C.K is the main man behind Safe Distribution and its affiliated labels, such as PRS and Help Recordings to name just two. He has been known to release under a variety of different monikers, including the ambient-focused projects 3.11 and 355.11125. C.K is also part of several collectives, namely 2 Bit Crew, Maizena, and the infamous Regelbau crew, alongside Manmade Deejay, DJ Sports, Central, and more. A keen digger, C.K has a never-ending desire to find new music (and old) for his DJ sets. Whether performing solo or back-to-back, C.K is known to represent the relaxed but recognisable sound of all the labels and artists surrounding the Safe crew – usually with a nod a bit more towards the euphoric soundscapes of Dream House, with bouncy basslines and luscious melodies. One of Aarhus finest, a DJ, producer and a man part of multiple projects,
some might remember him as a member of the Regelbau collective. 
C.K one of the persons keeping a small underground scene alive in Aarhus, throwing parties, involved in several labels, keeping the vinyl business moving, and the scene alive.

For Trushmix he has made an over two hour mix, reflecting C.K's style. House music all night long, with a touch of his personal style. New and old styles mixed smoothly together for the listener to enjoy!

This release was played as an audio installation in the crypt of Vor Frue Kirke in during Århus Festuge. 

The tracks were originally released on memory sticks in October 2022, but will be available as a(limited) vinyl edition in May 2023.

It's been a year since I uploaded my last Safe Radio episode. Damn. That was certainly not my intention. I actually had in mind to do three to four episodes a year, but it only came down to one due to various reasons [read: L I F E!]. It was a long one, though. hehe.

But here we are! FINALLY another episode in the Safe Radio series. I'm very happy and excited about the result, but moreso relieved that I already now have planned out episode two in season seven. It means that I'm on the path of doing four this year. So far at least. Hell yeah! 

This first episode of season seven includes no less than sixty nine tracks ranging from my favorite headphone music over hazy downtempo and japanese dub to no nonsense club trax. Different styles, tempos, old, new, unreleased - u name it. 

If you're still reading this long post I'd like to express my gratitude to all the people [still] supporting and listening to my stuff. It truly means a lot. Especially when I put so much energy and time into what I do. THANK YOU! 

Lastly I'd like to say that I'll be looking for shows over the coming autumn and winter. Will be posting about it in the coming weeks, but feel free to HMU if you're interested in bringing me to your club/show/event/whatever!

Ahhh finally a new Safe Radio episode. 

Safe Radio S07E02 is the longest so far in the series - more specifically 5 hours and 31 minutes. It consists of 78 tracks that i've been listening to and playing out since last episode. As per usual we're riding from ambient over downtempo to club/dance music.

I've been wanting to put some of the tracks from this episode in my other mixes, but somehow couldn't crack the code until now. I'm obviously super excited about finding a way to finally get [ some of ] these tracks into one of my mixes. 

Big shout out to everyone who are sending messages and showing interest in my music and what I do. I hope you like this one too ;-)
