Kirby's Friendship Fantasy - Final Boss (Phase 1)

The first run of the second motif took me such a long time to get satisfactory. I didn't just want a copy of the first motif's instruments, but getting a good 2nd combination of patches for that line proved difficult. It sounds pretty good now, I think.
I also implemented the one SynVox patch like I'd always had in mind, to double the strings. Did a bit of mixing to make those two mesh together. I may or may not keep it, I'm not sure.

FM cover of The Town from Ottifanten - Kommando Störtebeker. I wanted to make an arcade-style cover of this song, so I opted to use the chipsynth OPS7 VST by plogue which emulates the DX7, which I figuered was close enough to the YM2151.

Super VR Ball is a game I sometimes play with friends on VR Chat. The music is honestly super inspiring and there are subtle references in its soundtrack to songs like the Snow Theme from SM64, Chemical Plant, Toxic - Britney Spears, etc etc, so I wanted to create this fan track just to show my love to the makers of the game and the soundtrack with this underwater theme. 

The song itself is a huge nod to Super Monkey Ball 2's "Under The Ocean" track that plays in World 2. I wanted to capture that same essence and apply it to the more modern Super VR Ball.

sweden won eurovision and that is LAME. finland's song was way better and felt alot more unique and soulful. käärijä did a great job with cha cha cha and i love the tonal shift throughout the song, and also the mix of genres. cha cha cha, it should've won.

Noisy Shanty ~ Perfect Cacophony (FM)

The title of the track refers to me hacking Dn-FamiTracker to make all the chips run at twice their intended clock speed. This has the effect of making the N163 sound cleaner and also bringing the 5B up to the same clock speed as it is in an MSX. I'll probably be using this hacked copy of Dn-FT to do SCC-style tracks from now on due to these benefits.
