Today we sample the sound of a quintessential New York DJ, Eli Escobar, and accompany him on a journey through 60 minutes of raw, unfiltered underground mixing laced with his signature NYC flair.

Having forged a solid reputation as a stellar producer and remixer over the last two decades, Eli’s creations have been picked up by some of the most prestigious imprints around, including the likes of labels Glitterbox, Toucan Sounds, Peppermint Jam, and Razor-N-Tape. When he’s not working with some of the biggest names in underground music he’s pioneering his own sound and vision via self-built imprint Night People NYC. The label’s latest release ‘Just Work’ is available for download now and features two expertly crafted Deep House tracks that fuse both traditional and contemporary samples to work in perfect harmony.

For the next hour, Eli blends tracks by the likes of legends Mystic Bill, PBR Streetgang, Marshall Jefferson, DJ Nori, and plenty more.
