DJ techno hardcore, Clakbastard promène ses oreilles entre nappes acides, kicks qui frappent, breaks crasseux et rythmes cabossés. Issu de la scène underground brestoise, il ne court pas les plateaux mais publie régulièrement des sets pour celles et ceux qui savent encore écouter sans swiper. Principalement orienté hardcore, il trace son propre chemin entre rave, distorsions bienveillantes et détours plus mentaux. Malgré l’intensité, ses mixes gardent une certaine légèreté — assez pour que ça danse, d’une manière ou d’une autre.

Actif en ligne via SoundCloud, YouTube, Doomcore Records, HCBX, Omnicore Records, Toxic Sickness et Ensemble Kollektiv, Clakbastard partage des sélections aussi libres que frontales.

C’est Low Entropy, créateur du site Hardcore Overdog, qui l’a publié pour la première fois sur son label Doomcore Records — un point de départ important dans la mise en ligne de ses sets.

Il a également pris part au sound system Arlek’1, aujourd’hui inactif, mais fondamental dans son ancrage dans la scène rave bretonne.

Coming from the underground scene in Brest, he’s not chasing gigs but regularly shares sets for those who still listen without swiping. Mostly hardcore-oriented, he carves out his own lane between rave, kind distortion and deeper mind trips. Despite the intensity, his sets carry a certain lightness — enough to make you move, one way or another.

Low Entropy, founder of Hardcore Overdog, was the first to publish one of his sets on Doomcore Records — a key moment in Clakbastard’s online path.

He was also part of the Arlek’1 sound system — now inactive, but crucial in shaping his roots in the Breton rave scene.
