This project has been a long time in the making. Way before I began recording my mixes, I formed an idea to mix a set of beautiful deep and melodic music and this is the realisation of that creative vision.

The tunes have been carefully cherry-picked from those I have collected over recent years, and the set meticulously programmed and prepared in an attempt to create something special.

Art Clandestine, based in Washington, DC, has been crafting his unique sound in electronic music since 1999. Starting out as "Finger Funk," he began cultivating his DJ identity with a distinctive blend of progressive and tech house interwoven with breaks. His dynamic mixes quickly gained traction, circulating through communities like Hybridized and NuSkoolBreaks.

Clandestine’s production career took off with "Parasomnia," a collaborative track with Phrakture, featured on Phrakture's Initiate Dream Sequence album and re-released on RUNE in 2015. Shortly after, he achieved his first official release by winning Aeron Aether’s "Twilight" remix competition, which led to multiple releases on Morphosis Records, VIM Records, and RUNE Recordings.

Since 2022, Clandestine has been streaming Rule of Rune alongside his life and music partner, Corcyra. Together, they’ve built an engaged online community on Twitch and TikTok, captivating audiences with deep, immersive sets that explore Progressive House and Melodic House & Techno. Their partnership brings a unique dynamic to the show, making Rule of Rune a central hub for fans of quality electronic music.
