After quite a while, Rodion returns with a new solo single. On LSD!
Rodion dismisses the romantic spaceman suit for a tighter and much darker number on his roman/german label Roccodisco, the house of the Alien Alien.

Just forget the refined and the sweet: this is basically creepy afterhours music, a trip too far gone through obscure and scary galaxies outside the Solar system.
The sound is 100% analog, druggy, mechanical uptempo funk: rumbling basslines, sheer and hallucinogenic synths on top of a seriously raw beat. This time Rodion’s voyage is a no-way-back one.

On the remix duty, we are very proud to feature the Argentinian duo DJS Pareja (Còmeme). Strong, rude, this version takes you to an unpredictable cruising on Planet Medusa. Call it nasty house, or electro macho, this is definitely the sound of a snake-haired nightmare…

Then, to complete the EP, we have Solenoid, one of the wildest Rodion numbers ever: 
a rapsody in gold where out-of-this-world melodies and geometric old-skool grooves melt in a bench chemistry orgy. qJust make sure not to miss it.

Ecstatic is proud to welcome new signing Mattheis to the label. Having already gained many fans for his work on the Clone affiliated Nous'Klaer label, Mattheis now graduates to his first full length, entitled 'Luminous Frames’. 

Expanding on the promise of his earlier work, his hallucinogenic arpeggio explorations call to mind the synth driven kosmiche sounds of late 70s and early 80s Germany, this Klaus Schulze, Cluster, Harald Grosskopf and Manuel Gottsching as well as contemporaries James Holden and Steve Moore. ‘Luminous Frames’  takes the listener on an ethereal drift through five masterfully constructed soundscapes of billowing synth drones and enveloping sequences.

Today we premiere ‘Canines’, the B-side from Switzerland native Gaspard De La Montagne’s third EP for Swiss label Creaked Records. Despite releasing his debut with the label in 2013, the three records Gaspard has made for Creaked Records are his only releases. While the quantity of his output is surprisingly small, he makes up for it by ensuring a stringent quality control filter is applied to the music he puts in the public domain.

‘Canines’ is a moody piece of lo-fi techno, designed for the witching hours of the night. Scratchy drum patterns spin around a guttural synth line to paint an ominous picture, before Gaspard releases the tension three minutes in, letting his hi-hats loose to lift ‘Canines’ out of the dark.

Clap Rules is the new pseudonym of Fabrizio Mammarella, Andrea Gabriele, Max Leggieri and Michelangelo Del Conte: who in their own words “make experiments with dance music”.

After well received EP’s for labels like Tiny Sticks & Dissident and remixes for DFA artist Michoacan, 
New York’s In Flagranti and French electronic music pioneer Etienne De Crecy, they have caught the attention of DJ’s and music lovers from many different scenes.

With a deep love for vintage equipment and recording techniques they mix this up with a fresh modern approach to concoct electronic music with no boundaries.

In 2014, singer René Love, originally from the San Francisco bay area who also releases Voodoo Tunes with Producer Thomas Bullock (Rub N Tug) under the name Tom Of England and Bobbie Marie on STD Records Uk and California based Psyche Rock Group Silent Pictures, joined the band.
