This track is a commentary on the speech President Biden gave in the Oval Office to the USA. He was explaining how the war is good for USA as it creates jobs here and benefits our economy since we manufacture and export 'armaments'. It is simply not good enough. This is a commentary on major political leaders who perpetuate war instead of ending it. This includes the UK also. Who else do you know it includes?

One day, I was sitting next to the Presidio forest playing my guitar, waiting for a friend to arrive. It was a beautiful day. As I played, I began to notice that I wasn't alone on this beautiful day... the forest itself was teeming with beautiful beings, dancing, bobbing, weaving, playing... the forest was alive with a community of Wood Nymphs, Elves & Fairies! What joy! I wrote this song as we shared time and space together, in the woods, in the Presidio, high up on the hill, overlooking the beautiful space of the San Francisco land!

I am a singer/songwriter and use music to connect to Spirit, to explore emotions and to connect with my audience and myself. Sometimes I go outdoors and record everyday sounds of life (e.g. people talking late at night on a London Bus or the sounds of my feet on the shingles at Aldeburgh Beach). Other times I'll go to Sacred Sites and sing and record the sounds of my voice and the wind. I write and perform with piano, guitar, shruti and light percussion (and bowls).
