I realize this is a number of years old now however I am just seeing it for the first time; I simply cannot help but wonder why so many of you (maybe not you folks posting here on this thread, but the collective "you") complain extensively about these types of P2P sites yet they are still in business because "you" are all supporting them. I've not had any issues with this guy that I recall but I have had it out with the guy ("Steven? Is he still there?) at V123 a few times.

Whoa. He admits an $1800 job goes for $750 on Voices.com because his "surveys" indicate that's what talent will accept. One has to admire the audacity. That is, till the lynch mob shows up.

"We're lazer-light focused on this industry" (and figuring out ways to bleed the talent dry)

WOW! and Folks!... We VO talent as a group give him this power when we sign up for legalized larceny like this.

WHEN did voice buyers EVER asked to for a barrier between them and the voice talent?

Crooks. Plain and simple. As a Canadian, I'm actually embarraced because Voice.com is a Canadian company

"We do not represent the talent." That's like when Uber says: "We are not a transportation company."
