The Minnesota Orchestra's historic concert on Friday, 10 August is almost sold-out! Due to overwhelming demand, maestro Osmo Vänskä has added an open rehearsal from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at City Hall that Friday, 10 August. Open seating tickets available through Quicket for R125. The very first American orchestra to tour South Africa performs Bernstein, Sibelius and Beethoven like you've never heard before, with Goitsemang Lehobye singing the South African premiere of Bongani Ndodana-Breen's Mandela tribute, Harmonia Ubuntu.

Minnesota Orchestra Adds Open Rehearsal in Cape Town!

Hailing from New Hampshire, USA, the Phillips Exeter Academy Chamber Orchestra and Concert Choir will mark their debut tour to England with a free benefit concert for Oxfam GB on Friday, 8 March at 5:30 pm in the heart of Oxford. These two ensembles from one of the oldest, most illustrious schools in New England perform an expertly curated program—Purcell, Elgar and Vaughan Williams, as well as William Billings, Samuel Barber and Eric Whitacre—highlighted by a joint performance of British-American composer Tarik O’Reagan’s powerful Triptych.

This concert is free, with a retiring collection for Oxfam local.
